Draghi's Own Words on Euro-Zone Economy, Greece

European Central Bank President Mario Draghi talks about the euro-zone economy and Greek debt negotiations. Draghi, speaking at his monthly news conference in Frankfurt, said the European economic outlook is subject to "high uncertainty."
