In an interview with WSJ's Rebecca Blumenstein, Greek Finance Minister George Papaconstantinou claimed Greece is on track to achieve fiscal stability, but that he won't be a success as finance minister until Greece is "off the front page of most financial newspapers." He also stated that Greece will return to private capital markets in 2011 or 2012.
