BlackRock Inc. Chief Executive Officer Laurence D. Fink talks about Europe's debt problems, the process of selecting a new head of the International Monetary Fund, and the health of the global and U.S. economies. Fink said Europe’s financial problems aren’t confined to Greece and a reorganization of the continent’s banking system is necessary. He speaks in Hong Kong with Rishaad Salamat on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move Asia."
